Sometimes on weekends we have been going out and getting coffee and breakfast lately. Today though, I was pretty hungry and didn’t want to wait to go somewhere, and also trying to save money equals using up things I already have instead of buying a $10 sandwich from somewhere else. I had bagels, eggs, and even some bacon in the fridge, so I decided to use them all and make something more exciting than a plain bagel, or scrambled eggs. So I toasted the bagel, scrambled the eggs (with a little milk and a tiny bit of shredded cheese and seasonings) and cooked the bacon. Pile them all on top of each other into a sandwich, and suddenly you have a tower of delicious breakfast. Just like the things my boyfriend likes from McDonalds or Dunkin Donuts, except way bigger and much more satisfying.
