Salmon with Lime and Peppers Glaze




My boyfriend made salmon the other night and it was so good I had to post it on here. First of all, it just looked so beautiful and summery, from the red and yellow peppers that he chopped up for the glaze. They were chopped so small that they were truly just part of the glaze, they didn’t stand out at all as peppers. The lime gave it such a delicious tangy taste mixed with the sweetness of the peppers that just made the fish so yummy. I’m not entirely sure exactly what else he did with it but it was really good and looked great. He always makes the best salmon.. sometime I will have him make his almond-encrusted salmon again and photograph and post it.
