College boy athletes can eat quite a lot, let me tell you. (See above!)
So anyways, I got these huge steaks and seasoned them up. Coked them in pans on the stove and put large dollops of garlic herb butter (butter mixed with pressed garlic and basil and some italian seasoning) on top. Yum. Probably not the exact healthiest thing possible but it tasted mighty good. Also the boy helped me make some delicious buttermilk mashed potatoes because for some reason we had some buttermilk left over from something. Sooo good.
